Saffire, A New Adventure

A 2006 Four Winds Siesta Class C motor home is in my driveway.  I have been traveling in an Aliner Expedition pop-up camper and decided to make the move to a motor home.  The coach is 27 feet long with two slides, and I love it!

I've named her Saffire for a group of women who sing the blues....Saffire, The Uppity Blues Women.  They have been together for 25 years and 2009  is the end of touring together, so I've decided to continue their message of independence, fun and sassy attitudes by naming my new traveling home Saffire.

I am getting ready for our first trip leaving March 13, hoping to turn Friday the 13th into our lucky day!  

Teddy, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and I will  be traveling to Alexander City, AL, Charleston, SC, and Savannah, GA.  Our first stop will be Holly Springs, MS.  We will be visiting old friends and meeting new.
